Techventory: Inventory Management And Maintenance System For UniKL MIIT Technician
A role-based web application designed for UniKL MIIT to streamline asset management and maintenance workflows. The system features real-time request tracking, QR-based asset lookup, live chat between technicians and users, automated reporting, and dashboard analytics. Built using ASP.NET Web Forms & C# with a MySQL backend, following Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which improves operational efficiency and transparency for lab users, technicians, and administrators.
